Hunh? West of what?
Oh, Western Sydney.
For those of you that 'totally out of it', there's a strange rivalry between the East and West halves of Sydney. Throw in the North Shore and the Southern Highlands, and basically, everyone is hating on everyone else.
For a reference, I direct you to the Wikipedia page on Westies, which is currently under attack for being derogatory, and the page on Easties.
Well, Luke sure is angry about living in the West. I don't know what exactly he's angry about, something about beer and bacon. If I were you, I'd be sure to avoid him early in the morning.

It's a side of Luke that we're not familiar with... after all, he's the guy that watches a lot of movies, listens to Australian music and reads books. Who would have suspected that he'd be drunk and peeing in your garden? Not me. I don't even own a garden.
