Estee Lauder Fragrance Review - Health and Beauty
June 10th 2006 04:22
I've got a real issue with the fragrance industry... luckily, I've been able to avoid it most of my natural life. I let myself stew in the juices of my own fetid odour, and it blossoms into a kaleidoscope of mysterious, beckoning scents.
Bunbury, however, likes her perfume. I hope she's not one of those girls that douse themselves in a vat of perfume before they leave the house, leaving a cloud of noxious stench behind them.
I'd like to think that she's got a discerning nose.
Perhaps she does... in her latest post, she vilifies Estee Lauder's Youth Dew Amber Nude, which is a retarded, cleft-footed name, as a fragrance with all left feet.
She spilled it in her purse:
"In a vain attempt, I have transferred everything from my first bag to another, the smell still lingers on my index finger from prodding the sample during the process."
She compares it to ginger beer, which is a heavenly drink, in my opinion. But no one really wants to wear ginger beer, do they?
Perhaps they do. Perhaps there's a lot of money turning sodas into fragrances?
Hmmm, Coke Cologne.
Dr. Pepper Musk. I like it. I like it a lot.

I'm waiting them to discover that perfume is carcinogenic, and ban it from public spaces!
