Sydney's Chinese New Year Parade on SydneyFun

AmyHuang on SydneyFun has a fantastic collection of pictures from the 2008 Year of the Rat Parade in Sydney, Australia.
I won't steal any of the photos and show them here since that would be, well, immoral.
Or I could steal a photo and photoshop my head onto the performers, then post it here, send it to my mom and tell her that, in Australia, they celebrate the Year of the Cibbuano.
In any case, Sunday was excellent weather for the parade, with bright sunshine and warm temperatures bringing crowds of people to the CBD to see the colourful costumes and hear the loud drums. No evil spirits this year! Flee, flee from our percussion instruments and our bright red banners!
