There's a low-key Orbler out there that puts out a lot of content, and you never hear a peep out of them.
It's Omar from Yuki Anime Reviews...
I've visited the site a couple of times, but I'm not a really big fan of Anime. Nonetheless, Omar keeps his audiences up-to-date on news and reviews of top series.
The reviews are quite good, with lots of screencaps and information about the series or show, and Omar definitely has an unhealthy passion for these Japanese exports.
Review of Full Metal Alchemist
When he finds a downloadable version of a show, he throws it up, for all you ravenous cookie monsters to shred to pieces... for example, Death Note Download
Howl's Moving Castle is one film that I did see, and looked forward to, based on Princess Monoke. As usual, the illustrations and animations were like figments of a dream, with a dark, chilling undercurrent.
Omar gave it an A- on his scale, but I would rate it much lower. Such interesting ideas are presented in the film, but they never blossom into anything worth diving into.
